By using the PulsePortal VR website and booking our virtual reality experiences, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully as they govern your access to and use of our VR facilities and services.
PulsePortal VR sessions are available to individuals aged 13 and above. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. By booking or attending, you confirm you meet these requirements and are physically and mentally fit for immersive VR experiences.
Reservations must be made in advance through our website or customer service. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session start time for orientation and equipment setup. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or forfeiture without refund.
VR experiences can induce motion sickness or discomfort in some individuals. If you have epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, or other health concerns, consult a physician before participating. Follow all safety guidelines provided by PulsePortal staff during your session.
You agree to use all equipment responsibly and respect the PulsePortal facility and staff. Unsafe or disruptive behavior, including verbal abuse or damage to equipment, may lead to immediate termination of your session without refund.
PulsePortal is not liable for personal injury resulting from misuse, pre-existing conditions, or failure to follow instructions. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety but cannot guarantee a risk-free experience.
Personal information collected during booking is used solely to provide services and improve your experience. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session to avoid fees. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full. Technical issues may allow rescheduling or partial credit at our discretion.
PulsePortal may record sessions or take photos for promotional use. If you prefer not to be recorded, please notify staff prior to your session.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the most recent Terms.
